   I just got back from a wonderful 34 day trip all around Turkey. Fantastic! What I’m really craving is the stuffed eggplant dish, the Imam Fainted. Can you help me find it? I saw a picture of it on your blog, but no recipe. Do you know it by another name, that’s what it was called in Van in the far east of Turkey.

   I recently visited Turkey (wonderful tour) and had a dish of spiced yogurt (wonderful Yogurt!) served over Turkish bread. I believe it was called Tirit. Do you have a recipe for that.

   Laura, Shirley – I do not sell the dolma machine. Unfortunately, it is only sold on the streets near Grand Bazaar.

   Pat – I haven’t posted a recipe for İmam Fainted yet, but you can find a very similar recipe (prepared with minced meat) here.

   Mary Jo – Tirit is actually a meat dish. The yogurt dish you mentioned may be strained yoghurt mixed with various spices (most probably stale bread crumbs, garlic, mint). Am I close?
