If you’re looking for Valentine’s Day dessert recipes, here are some ideas from my archives.
How about strawberries dressed in tuxedos? Or Mini Raspberry Tarts decorated with bittersweet chocolate and pistachios, or my favorite, Double Chocolate Bundt Cake with a sticky chocolate ganache glaze.
Pomegranates are in season. How about a candy-pink pomegranate frozen yogurt?
Strawberries aren’t in season, but this tart screams Valentine’s Day! They are nestled on a vanilla pastry cream and decorated with milk chocolate curls.
My favorite, the Double Chocolate Bundt Cake, is the best cake in my repertoire. With the sticky chocolate ganache glaze, it is completely irresistible.
Speaking of chocolate, this chocolate cheesecake recipe is a winner.
So are Korova cookies.
And “Brownies My Way“!
How about Caramel Beurre Sale sandwich cookies with Henri Le Roux’s “Caramelier” spread in the middle?
These raspberry and lemon muffins would also be perfect for the occasion. And since this is a special day, I say top them with the sticky chocolate ganache glaze from this recipe and you’re good to go.

Oh I love your tuxedo strawberries, I was admiring them the other day!
