Valentine’s Day Recipes

If you’re still looking for Valentine’s Day recipes, here are some last minute ideas from my archives.
For me, a Valentine’s Day recipe must include chocolate. I am sure you agree with that statement. Strawberries and/or raspberries would make it even better (after all, you need something red). The most delicious combinations for these ingredients (from my previous posts) are the strawberry tuxedo, mini raspberry tarts decorated with bittersweet chocolate and pistachios, and my favorite, strawberry tart with vanilla pastry cream and milk chocolate shavings on top.

Oh I love your tuxedo strawberries, I was admiring them the other day!
I was all prepared to make a nutella tart for V-Day but then I pooped out tonight–maybe I can squeeze making it in before dinner tomorrow… your creations are an inspiration!
Those are just beautiful! I’m hoping to make some Valentine’s cookies with my kiddos tomorrow, but we’ll have to see if I have the energy or not

Am I the only person who’s never heard of drawing tuxedos on strawberries?! They look very cute. That raspberry and pistachio tart is now on my to-do list.
