Same recipe, different presentation.
Just sprinkle dried berries and pistachios after you pour the ganache.

Thank you Kate for your kind comments.
Cenk, I love the ingredients you added – they taste delicious and the colors are beautiful together!
good idea to add pistachios. I loved the photos, looks yummy.
That is one beautiful tart! I can’t stop looking at that first pic, it’s great.
Patricia, Agzimintadi, Brilynn – Thank you for your nice comments.
Hi Cenk – This is such a gorgeous chocolate ganache tart. What vibrant presentation with the red of the berries and green of the pistachios set against the gorgeous rich brown of the ganache. Gorgeous! As a sidenote, what do you think of the cookery book “Lidia’s Italy”?
Thank you Shaun. I ordered Lidia’s Italy together with David’s Perfect Scoop and Heidi’s Super Natural Cooking almost a month ago and I still have not received them from Amazon… Sometimes it takes way too long for the order to arrive to Turkey. As soon as I have a look at the book, I will let you know.
The colors are amazing. I’m sure it tasted good too! I think it would taste divine with some hot tea!
This looks downright decadent! Too bad it is not possible to order stuff like this from Amazon…
Cenk, the combination of red & green is just perfect, it always works. I do the same with strawberries and pistachio. It’s a shame that you receive your books so late:( You should also check http://www.thebookpeople.co.uk, they have some serious bargains; but I am not sure about shipping cost or if they ship to Turkey. I bought 3 amazing books for £23 and they normally cost £75!!!!
Thank you Zeynep Seda – I’ll check it out.
I love the way the tart looks with the berries and nuts. I always think of ganache as a serious chocolate concoction and one that’s best for fall and winter, but your tart looks gay, cheerful and ready for spring.
Hi Dorie – How nice of you to visit my blog and leave a comment. You are right – ganache is best for fall and winter, but if you have many chocoholic friends like I do, you just have to do it every season of the year. Cheers.
This looks so amazing! I have recently found my passion for cooking and this looks like something I have to try and make. Delicious!
