Today, Cafe Fernando turns three. The plans I had for this big day... I was actually planning to go through all the recipes and calculate how much butter, chocolate and eggs I consumed throughout these three years... and then maybe prepare a pie chart with this statistical info.. The biggest slice could have been a chocolate cake with bittersweet chocolate ganache... the other one a lemon pound cake ...
