I think i posted my question on the wrong page. Is there anyway you could make a foolproof recipe for these kind of macaroons?? I love the vibrant colours and they sound delectable but i need a base recipe and cant seem to find one that many people find to be consistent… any help?

Pauve – I don’t have a macaron recipe in the works, but there are quite a few reliable sources on the blogosphere. Take a look at Helen’s (of Tartelette) amazing guide.
