DMBLGIT October 2008 Announcement
October 01st, 2008 | Category: Memoir/Meme/Misc.

I am the proud host of this month’s “Does My Blog Look Good in This?” (DMBLGIT), a monthly, peer-judged food photography event. Every month, hundreds of mouth-watering photos are submitted by food bloggers from all around the world. All those photos are uploaded in an online gallery and then reviewed by a panel of judges, who score them in three categories: edibility, aesthetics, and originality. The host then compiles the scores to determine the winners.
You can find the rules and submission details below. Once I start receiving the entries, I will be adding them to an online gallery. Three talented food bloggers will join me on board as judges for this month’s edition of DMBLGIT: Paul of Sweet Paul, a blog I recently discovered and can’t get enough of. I read his whole archive from start to finish in a single sitting. Head over to his blog and you’ll see why. Another judge for this month’s event is Allen of Eating Out Loud. Have you seen his series of posts on Turkish food? Drooling here! Last but not least, we have Mark of No Special Effects. This guy can bake apple doughnuts from scratch!!

I have a question, is it okay to submit an entry that I have submitted for different event (it’s not a photography event) It was an event about British food, and I like the photo that I’ve taken for that event, so I am thinking about submit it to DMBLGIT. Please let me know if it’s okay. Thx
Szerelem - These tiny ones are from my father’s garden. They were pretty tasty, but I guess we still have a couple more weeks before the tastiest ones hit the market shelves.
