Chocolate Chip Brioche
September 19th, 2006 | Category: Baked Goods, Breakfast, Chocolate
For this Sunday morning, my mind was pretty much set for a brioche recipe. Sorting through endless recipe alternatives has become extremely annoying these days. I never know how the recipe will turn out, so I also try to read user reviews (if the website has such a feature). And this is all very time consuming. Then I thought, why go through all these websites when I have several fellow bloggers with tested (and photographed) recipes with the added benefit of tips and tricks they share along the way.
So look no further blogger, but to your links at your sidebar. Delicious Days had the perfect posting: Is there a better way to start a Sunday morning…? I took out the orange zest and added a cup of chocolate chips during step 2 and the result was amazing. Thanks for sharing Nicky!

Hi, there!
A friend of mine sent me the link to your blog. Very nice!
I’ve made this recipe many times and it’s a keeper. Always a hit. I have stuffed the brioches with ham and cheese and they were very good that way too.
Regards from Brazil,
Patricia.
Cenk, I have also made this recipe over and over again. It is indeed excellent. I have never made it with chocolate.Good idea for next time.
Hi Patricia - Ham and eggs sound great. I’ll try that the next time.
