Today, Cafe Fernando turns three. The plans I had for this big day…

I was actually planning to go through all the recipes and calculate how much butter, chocolate and eggs I consumed throughout these three years… and then maybe prepare a pie chart with this statistical info.. The biggest slice could have been a chocolate cake with bittersweet chocolate ganache… the other one a lemon pound cake with cream cheese frosting… and then maybe another ice cream bombe cake…

And all I’ve got to show is this lousy Nutella drawing. How I wish Dorie was my next door neighbor right now… Since I’ve already opened a new jar of Nutella, I thought… why not have a spoonful? Or two? OK, three…

I know I’ve mentioned a secret project like a month ago (!) and still got no details and no desserts to celebrate it with, but please be patient… 12 more days and the secret is out..
