		<description>My goodness! I stumbled upon your blog tonight by accident (looking for a passion fruit and choc cake) and I have been stuck here for the past 45 minutes! I want to make everything from your collection of recipes...ooooh, how nice. Need sleep now, but promise I will be back very soon to try out a new recipe (think the it will have to be the L&#039;Orange - the lacquer looks unbelievably tempting). 		<description>What a roundabout world we live in, these days I travel more in the imagination than overland and having just finished reading Orhan Pamuk&#039;s &quot;Museum of Innocence&quot; shortly after Elif Shafak&#039;s &quot;The Forty Rules of Love&quot; I was led to your blog via a Guardian Observer blog on Istanbul and mention of the Cukurcuma district, was curious to see some images, having had my head in this quarter for the last few days (and I have never visited Turkey) - so somehow I found you and have now just finished a delicious dinner of pasta penne with roasted vegetables and of course then became curious about who is sharing this wonderful recipe with me :) 
So just wanted to say thanks for being the unexpected epilogue to an amazing, long book and whilst your recipes look great (and indeed taste wonderful), seeing your new desk and set-up, I do hope that you will also be penning more of the memoir type posting, after Shafak and Pamuk, I&#039;m in the mood for a memoir of a homesick young man who returns and continues to seek and share his inspiration.
Anyway, good luck and thanks for sharing, look forward to reading your book.</description>

My parents thought I were crazy when I told them I wanted to pursue culinary education 4 years ago. I listened to them, didn&#039;t have much of a choice, and studied marketing and worked at an IT company. Now that they see my passion, they&#039;re encouraging me to go to Cordon Bleu to pursue my passion.
