I want to make everything from your collection of recipes...ooooh, how nice. Need sleep now, but promise I will be back very soon to try out a new recipe (think the it will have to be the L'Orange - the lacquer looks unbelievably tempting). Anyway, good luck and thanks for sharing, look forward to reading your book.
